thanks Sven, this solve my problem
My apt was generating Portuguese's outputs ... :-)
maybe the Makefile of debian-cd can store the default value of this
variables and change for blank during the build process, when this process
is finished, the makefile chage this values again.
debian-cd team? can you do that?

It's a localisation issue. I haven't checked if it's fixed with the
latest debian-cd release. Some parts of the parser fail when the
output of the apt* tools is not in english.
Cause I'm a lazy bump I didn't dig deeper where the bug exactly is
and just put the localisation modifications on top in my script I
used to build test images. I suggest you to do the same if it works
for you and you're to lazy to debug it like I'm ;)
Anyway would be nice if you lemme know what your results are.
