The "result too large" error doesn't look like it's a file size
problem - the files in that directory in the archive are only
small. However, the filenames are *ridiculously* long and that's
possibly your problem. What system are you running on? I'm guessing

You don't need to use non-US for any images produced in over a
decade. Point at http://deb.debian.org/debian/ or any other close
mirror and things should work fine.

jigdo, if any?
