Bug#760166: ITP: libjs-elycharts -- javascript library to generate static and interactive charts
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Andreas Moog * Package name: libjs-elycharts Version : 2.1.5 Upstream Author : Eric Goth Stefano Bagnara Void Labs s.n.c. * URL : http://elycharts.com * License : MIT Programming Lang: Javascript Description : javascript library to generate static and interactive charts This javascript library is used to generate static and interactive charts. It supports dynamic data modification, allows for mouse tracking and highlighting of specific parts in the chart. It also includes a variety of animations and transformations to show the chart evolution. Notes: The long description could use improvement (I'm not good with words), I will ask debian-l10n-english for help with it. One of the packages I maintain (nzbget) introduces a new dependency on elycharts in its new version. If it is possible, I'd like to maintain elycharts within the Debian-Javascript packaging team. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-devel-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". I can understand your rage, but to be clear: I only submitted the bug and patch, I didn't ask for it to be nmu'ed and was as surprised as you are about it - especially since I never submitted a changelog entry. > It builds fine. As you can see from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/away/0.9.5+ds-0+nmu1ubuntu1 I did fix it in Ubuntu. Please direct your rage at the person who took the patch, created a false changelog and uploaded it to Debian. -- Andreas Moog, Berliner Str. 29, 36205 Sontra/Germany Ubuntu Developer PGP-encrypted mails preferred (Key-ID: 74DE6624) PGP Fingerprint: 74CD D9FE 5BCB FE0D 13EE 8EEA 61F3 4426 74DE 6624 signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature

Bug#632548: ITP: libpar2 -- Library for performing common tasks related to PAR recovery sets
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Andreas Moog -BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 * Package name: libpar2 Version : 0.2 Upstream Author : Peter Brian Clements Francois Lesueur * URL : http://parchive.sourceforge.net * License : GPL-2+ Programming Lang: C++ Description : Library for performing common tasks related to PAR recovery sets LibPar2 allows for the generation, modification, verification, and repairation of PAR v1.0 and PAR v2.0(PAR2) recovery sets, as described in http://parchive.sourceforge.net/docs/specifications/parity-volume-spec/article-spec.html. This package was already part of Debian, but got removed in bug #620497. As I am the maintainer of nzbget (http://packages.qa.debian.org/nzbget), which can use the libpar2 library for automatic detection of broken/incomplete files, I want to re-introduce this package to Debian. I looked through the code and have done some cleanup-work, fixed a (potential) segfault and applied the patch from bug #532041. I am aware that I will be the de-facto upstream for the Debian-Users of this package. -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) iQIcBAEBAgAGBQJOEGZoAAoJEGHzRCZ03mYkzFYP/jidpYdwffE5Kg1wfQMZqK23 0PNxoF67LW8N/W3qf8Qia0cj6ITZnnb9Diocjf1I7/SYO1Mu5b0mRDGRB4uPLJZj viwK60x1WsTUR3dyyi7WXA8X1rAP5Mbw/cVRA3NeC9QRqyk1O3jQw4lV+8M7mRWK WIF14aUe/F1LhkdDtMw5UmfSb/lWuuY2Rpv4+uQd1ykH1pm0S4fIToQI/Z4iv92C H6uxBZo4tFdRcgcezBHoMXDdDGQ8tGmDiH1jVHvaNZ+eG6oxDXFrHoOrX5U2/nEy ycfWWkL9SN3U2sO8VZMQutJg58+qZ9tO5+3mWGaF8Yo5iwPCrrz9gMTpgKvp5HBw 62dEPmS6vAIRLJh+1zVxS9j7zVRz8SfoSt2nxub2JoA2vLW3Zh+Nw/ekbqCAgAzM NEWfd7pEZbQp8fezk1p9aGAdc9UIgU0KhWveb4Ww6WUGSMGtlTj9v7r8FW0pVbb8 5PDeIRyuA362cRaVEPjZFtpbWusWwvKSpVW6TVkoN24qrXmGvV515dgXh8wrbfu0 5Q8Cbj5wh1xRfWbPl5eGzyDnUy5Pj5M4sgNL+PxqsvoZNCYRxeklplGfidlix64T 8ol4LiqUqtRm5Omw1ham3NxFPohAoxCbrPmE8m6tAg++ZB18H09P1C/s+t3YkVja 3rmlJjWZ0exaVemd8Jz1 =wKTR -END PGP SIGNATURE- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-devel-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". The Ubuntu Bug Report https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/415536 deals with the same issue. There is a debdiff attached which regenerates the autoconf files and fixes the FTBFS. Another way to fix this is to have the scripts use /bin/bash as shell (as Daniel Leidert suggested, this is a problem with dash as /bin/sh).
