I don't have the setting to try again now, but it failed with an really up-to-date system at the time... Also the maintainer didn't fix some unalignment bugs. This causes the program to dump at least 4 lines of warnings every time a mail gets processed. Maybe this is a program you don't want to run anymore on a busy production server anyway under these conditions... (fix is in BTS and mailed some 5+ times as well). B. -- B. Splitting debian-devel-changes to separate lists
Hi, The topic to split debian-devel-changes in a -$ARCH and -sources list was proposed a while ago. What happened to it and what are the sentiments on splitting it?? I think it's quite high volume because most lists aren't intresting to me, but some are. B. -- B. Warmerdam GNU/Debian Linux [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Keyid: 10A0FDD1)

Why shows www.debian.org Developmentcorner
Hi, Is there a special reason that http://www.debian.org (and my local mirror http:/www.nl.debian.org start up on the Developers corner. This is in lynx and netscape (so not necessairy html 4.0 related). Regards, Bart NB: Lynx says "Bad partial reference! Stripping lead dots." -- B. Question on copyright
Hi, I am currently enhancing my sound recorder to handle compressed wave formats. To implement msadpcm (Microsoft implementation) i used the examples as provided by them. This carries the following notice: /** msadpcm.c * (C) Copyright Microsoft Corp. 1993. All rights reserved. You have a royalty-free right to use, modify, reproduce and distribute the Sample Files (and/or any modified version) in any way you find useful, provided that you agree that Microsoft has no warranty obligations or liability for any Sample Application Files which are modified. If you did not get this from Microsoft Sources, then it may not be the most current version. This sample code in particular will be updated and include more documentation. */ Does this copyright on the examples cause any problems to GPL my source (i think not) and what notices are needed? The player with this part will become part of my debian package sound-recorder. Thanks, Bart pgpc6EbNs2gIy.pgp Description: PGP signature
