Yeah, and Martin Michlmayr is a developer in general.

 What version?

The current - 1.9.2, and previous 1.9.0.
The problem is that dpkg can not parse some infos about packages in
/var/lib/dpkg/available properly. I hade to remove them manually and now it's
O.K (no segfaults). At least till next upgrade.

glademm recommends glade, but glade conflicts with glade-gnome, thus
glademm cannot be installed together with glade-gnome. The correct
dependency should be that glademm recommends glade OR glade-gnome!!!

glademm recommends glade
glade conflicts with glade-gnome
glade-gnome conflicts, provides and replaces glade

conclusion: glademm can be installed together with glade-gnome

 Hi Mariusz!

Hi,

 What's the difference with Glade?

Eeee. What's the difference with Glade-- rather?

As you know Glade-- is backend for Glade for creating C++ programm source
skeletenon. Glade is a RAD tool to enable quick development of user
interface. Glade-- (or rather an application created with the aid of it)
functionality depends on libraries Gtk-- and Gnome-- entirely.

Bakery is designed as a library of additional classes which enhance a
functionality of Gtk-- and Gnome--. Bakery doesn't include any RAD tool
actually. The main goal of Bakery is providing C++ application framework
based on the Document-View architecture with new features relates not only
widgets and GNOME desktop but also relates data handling (i.e. object's
serialization). The upstream author doesn't conceal he is inspired by MFC
libraries a little bit but he want to do it better. The Bakery FAQ are
available on http://bakery.sourceforge.net/faq.html.

Regards,
Mariusz

I'd like to take gedit if nobody has objections.
I have only a small problem because I'll need a sponsor for this package (I
have no approval from the DAM for my debian account).

I intend to package mifluz.

Package: mifluz
License: GPL
URL: http://www.gnu.org/software/mifluz/

Description:
- ---
The purpose of mifluz is to provide a C++ library to build and query a full
text inverted index. It is dynamically updatable, scalable (up to 1Tb
indexes), uses a controlled amount of memory, shares index files and memory
cache among processes or threads and compresses index files to 50% of the raw
data. The structure of the index is configurable at runtime and allows
inclusion of relevance ranking information. The query functions do not
require to load all the occurences of a searched term. They consume very few
resources and many searches can be run in parallel.
