Bug#4461: Mailing List Archives out of date

1996-09-10 Thread Klaus Weide
Package: www.debian.org

The home page at

   Linkname: Debian GNU/Linux
URL: http://www.debian.org/

has a link to

   Linkname: Mailing List Archives
   Filename: http://www.debian.org/Lists-Archives/

The latter pages seems not to have been updated since June 96.

I used to be able to follow disccusion and learn about current
developments regarding Debian by reading articles there, without
having to subscribe to the (fairly high-volume) lists - no more so.

This is aggravated by coinciding with reported problems to subscribe
to (at least one of the) lists, see bug #3978 and messages to
debian-users.

Correct. The scripts that automated the archiving were lost in a disk
crash then.

I hope to recreate them soon.
