The next release of Debian will happen When It's Ready tm.

Current projections indicate that it may possibly be realistic to
expect it to be ready in early December, but predicting things is a
tricky business, and while the schedule would lead to a December
release [1] has some built-in leeway for unexpected problems to turn
up and be solved along the way, there really is no telling whether
more problems will turn up that this slack can handle.
