Well, it's on http://vote.debian.org, which is fairly obvious. I also received information about the ballot on the following lists: -private, -devel, -devel-announce and -vote. For sure. I was looking through www.debian.org but failed. In my opinion it is necessary to set up an election page. I have to state that I am not able to vote because I don't know anybody of the candidates. The election page has to have links to a page or pages from the candidates that a potentional elector has a chance to get to know its favourite candidate. I'm sure all of them are OK but how should I decide, who of them is better than the other if I don't know them. Sorry for leaving my vote and good luck for the future leader. Kind regards Andreas.

I've found it. Sorry for this. Kind regards Andreas.

A link from the Debian home page, or the developers page, to vote.debian.org seems like a good idea. By the way, http://www.vote.debian.org, under current events, states that nominations for project leader are open. Perhaps this should be changed to state that elections are in progress and almost over. -- Kevin Dalley [EMAIL PROTECTED]
