 Lm-sensors is a hardware health monitoring package for Linux. It allows you
 to access information from temperature, voltage, and fan speed sensors.
 It works with most newer systems.
 .

lm-sensors (2.7.0-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Rename libsensors.so.1 to libsensors.so.1.debian.1, and change
the package name to libsensors1. This due to a change in the
library ABI upstream which isn't reflected in an soname change.
(Closes: #191572, #193082)

...whcih is a locally-installed package not available in the archive.
Whatever package is depending on libsensors1 presumably needs to be rebuilt
with the current version.

Yes. It is installed on your system so apt shows it.

Is isn't in the Debian archive anymore for unstable..

$ madison libsensors1
libsensors1 |2.6.3-5 |stable | i386
libsensors1 |2.6.5-4 |   testing | i386

KDE needs to be recompiled (see e.g.
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=196370 to depend on the
newer libsensors package)

Except that there _is_ no newer libsensors-dev package.
