http://bugs.skolelinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1345 Petter Reinholdtsen changed: What|Removed |Added Severity|normal |trivial --- Comment #4 from Petter Reinholdtsen 2010-01-23 15:52:36 --- The problem still exist in Lenny. The fix is probably a trivial edit to the preseeding files, but as the "problem" isn't really affecting any functions in the installed system, I reduce the severity to trivial. This issue should be fixed later, perhaps in a point release or for squeeze. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.skolelinux.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. http://bugs.skolelinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1345 Petter Reinholdtsen changed: What|Removed |Added CC||p...@hungry.com --- Comment #3 from Petter Reinholdtsen 2009-12-13 01:23:49 --- I believe the source of these two quiet arguments are separate. One come from the quiet argument passwd to the kernel when the installation CD boot. The other come from preseeding debian-installer/add-kernel-opts to 'quiet splash'. In Etch, both was needed because the quiet flag from the installation CD was not passed on to the installed system. With Lenny, I suspect we can drop the preseeding. I have not tested this, though. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.skolelinux.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug.
