Hi Debian GCC Maintainers, Shouldn't there be a symlink to liblto_plugin.so in /usr/lib/bfd-plugins?
When one builds some software (in particular, libraries) with LTO (-flto), then the end user should expect that the LTO plugin be used automatically, without needing to specify AR, NM and RANLIB environment variables for the "configure" script. The recommended way[*] is to add a symlink to the plugin in /usr/lib/bfd-plugins, but this is not something the end user can do, and only packages should manage files under /usr/lib.
