Hi, I don't know how I ended up as a translator for cv_RU. Anyway, I agree to release all my work as public license. My plan is to first send out all e-mails and see what I get. For those who contributed lots of locales, I collected them in one mail (unfortunately all e-mail addresses were invalid), currently I'm working through the remaining list. I'm not going for the "implicit" list unless the author also worked on the "non modify" one, at least for now.
