I requires the megaide modules to see the raid disks correctly.
They can be compiled from source, from this location.(see below.)

I could not determine how to compile them statically into the kernel,
or create driver disks for a bf24 install.

 Hi,

is there any way to do an upgrade for a single Deb package which is
NOT listed in the stable package list?

I want to upgrade only MySQL to version 4.0.x (because of the fine
transaction feature), but want not to change the apt source list in
general (I want to keep the *stable* system).

Re: Woody with Intel S875WP1-E board?

 Hi fellow ISPs

Anyone ever tried the Intel S875/S845 mainboards
with Woody? They come with one (two for the 845)
Intel PRO100+ and one Intel PRO1000 XT interface (for the
 875) onboard which I find pretty tempting.
According to Intel they are Red Hat* Linux 8.0
 comaptible...
 The 875 chipset is a 82547EI, the 845's a 82550PM.

Hi!

To support this kind of harware, I advise you to use the last Linux
kernel (2.4.22). You would then be able to use your Gb NIC and the
hyperthreading features of your CPUs.

All works fine for me with this config.

 Hi,

I'm searching a solution to count in- and outgoing traffic for each
virtual user (domain). Our boxes are running Apache, Proftpd and qmail.
Does anybody know some good working GPLed software/tool to do one of
 these tasks.

Hi!

Take a look at the ipac-ng package. It works with iptables and works
fine, even with an important traffic.

It's easy to configure and to integrate with your existant firewalling
rules.

Best regads
