RE: Web administration Apache - Virtual domains

2003-09-25 Thread Matias G. Lambert ( OSInet )
Hi Dominik,
Thanks for the suggestion, I'm interested in the code.
If you want to keep your code as open source it would be nice to set up a
sourceforge project so people ( like me ) can contrib to your code.
Thanks again,

Hi Matias,
I'd suggest you have a look at mod_sqlinclude from where you can proceed
to build your own frontend (php+mysql).

I'm currently working on something that's supposed to be a frontend to
apache, exim, spamassassin and proftpd. It's still immature and far from
finished but I could send you the sources (It's basicly php, some bash
scripts a some pieces of C) to have a closer look at it.

I'm very busy at the moment but I'm going to setup a anon-cvs server and
package the whole thing as a debian package - someday ;)

ispman is a descendant of webmin. It is limited on what servers you can use, ie no
module for
Exim yet, but appears to be otherwise very, very nice.

2003-09-09 Thread Matias G. Lambert ( OSInet )
I use webmin, but I need an end users solution.
I found http://www.openisp.net (gpl), but have similar problems than webmin
( not really end user ).
I use qmailadmin ( qmail/vpopmail/ezmlm ), and is perfect, I need something
like that for apache/disk space limit/bandwidth usage
limit/proftp/tinydns/mysql/../.../...
Thanks!

The only free one I know about is Webmin.

Other for-pay ones are Cpanel, Hsphere, and quite a few others. Google is
your friend.
