puoi usare udev e settare il nome (qualunque nome vuoi) in base all'indirizzo 
mac della scheda
Il tutto e' spiegato in /usr/share/doc/udev/writing_udev_rules/index.html

Salve.

SITUAZIONE

l'assegnazione dipende dall'ordine con cui sono caricati i moduli (in
/etc/modules per esempio).
altrimenti - meglio - usi hwaddress. vedi man interfaces.
