I'm not sure what this egroupware xmlrpc thing is. Is that a remote addressbook link/thing? :) If so, are you saying KMail is freezing when it tries to look things up in it? If so, are you saying that it's caused not by KMail specifically, but by the egroupware thing? Is it a problem in egroupware causing a problem in KMail, which shouldn't hang because of an egroupware problem?
