Thanks for the fixes.

Bug#2 Kmail copy&paste with files not functional

2016-11-07 Thread Tim Ruehsen
Copy a file from dolphin into an email... since today I just get the textual
link, not the file itself any more.

Any ideas how to fix that ?

Bug#3 Kmail can't delete certain emails

2016-11-07 Thread Tim Ruehsen
Some (random ?) emails can't be deleted nor flagged as 'read'.

tested akonadictl fsck / vacuum / restart in all combinations without luck.

After restarting sddm when struck by Bug#1, those emails were gone. I guess,
restarting Kmail would have done the same. Still not very nice.

2016-11-07 Thread Luc Castermans

Dear,

Yesterday morning (Nov 6) my screen stayed close to black, I did not read this
mail thread before.

I reverted by installing several Stretch packages.

I just now re-installed all from Sid.

All working fine.

Many thanks indeed for quick actions AND clear communication via this channel.

Hi,

I always have a backup of my Sid-system, made with fsarchiver.

apt-cache show fsarchiver

So if my system is really broken, I recover my backup in some minutes and
everything is fine.

cheers

I have it on BTRFS and could make snapshots, but mostly I forget. The
filesystem is too full to keep snapshots for longer, so I do not use any
automatic snapshotting at the moment. Well for / it might work, but /home runs
full pretty quickly with a snapshot.

Am I mistaken or did this package exist in the repo for Sid before and was
