Hello, Can you be more specific (or link to a bug report or thread or ...)? I am using kdepim in unstable and I did not observe such behaviour; but I am very interested in anything that could reduce the power consumption. Thank you. However, I think it should not be so complicated to set up something that simple (there may be a small KDE usability issue here). -- ~~~~~~~~ Gurvan Huiban "My mother used to make coffee this way... (You also need to activate > the three options on the "Advanced" tab for this to work.) That's correct. I missed it. However, I can't make it work the way I would like to. For instance, let's suppose that I want to mount automatically any removable device, without opening Konqueror window. I created and added to the unmounted removable device the "Automount" action, executing the following command: pmount %u But it does nothing! (actually, I don't know exactly what is this %u. My guess is that it is a string corresponding to the /dev/device_detected). And when I click on the help, it says something like "write me", which is not so helpful :o) How can I define the action I want to run? -- Gurvan Huiban "My mother used to make coffee this way... The only thing that bothers me is that I don't know how to define my own actions? I searched, but I could not find how to do it. -- ~~~~~~~~ Gurvan Huiban "My mother used to make coffee this way... Korganizer's journal entries disappearing
Dear list, I use korganizer with disconnected IMAP resources. I would like to use the journal, but the entries I add to it disappear! I add an entry to the journal. I quit kontact. I launch kontact again. The entry I have just added is not there. Hower, the new journal entry exists in the ~/.kde/share/apps/kmail/dimap/.617275931.directory/.INBOX.directory/Journal/cur directory. It is " as if" Kontact was unable to extract the journal entries from the IMAP resource. I use Kmail 1.9.1, Kontact 1.2 and Korganizer 3.5, with a Debian testing/unstable I searched the KDE BTS and the Debian BTS, but I could not find anything useful. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you. -- ~~~~ Gurvan Huiban "My mother used to make coffee this way... Hot... Strong... I had check, but not good enough it seems, since the bug already has been opened in the KDE BTS. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111301 > No, bugs in Debian should be reported through the Debian BTS. In any case, thank you. The problem has been "work-arounded". -- ~~~~~~~~ Gurvan Huiban "My mother used to make coffee this way... Hot... Strong... Korganizer's printed calendars do not fit on a page
Dear list, I am trying to print Korganizer's calendars, however I have trouble to do so: In the "timetable" and "split week" styles, korganizer generates a calendar so huge that only a small part of it fits on the page. The result is not usable (basically, the generate calendars only show each day's overhead). Printing the calendars as filofax works fine. I use Korganizer 3.5 with a Debian testing/unstable. I search in the Debian BTS and in the KDE BTS, but I could not see anything helpful. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug? How do I force korganizer to generate calendars that fit on an A4 page?
