I fixed this by installing libqt5sql5-sqlite.

This also fixed slow start up times with okular.

Same experience here too.

AMD64 3000, nVidia v1.0.7174 drivers, FX5200 video card.

Debian unstable amd64 port with all the packages for everything.

Way way too slow to be usable.
