KDE metapackage (was: Where is kdenetwork, where is Chris?)

I'll adopt meta-kde if Chris isn't taking it (it's currently orphaned,
though there's no wnpp bug AFAICT).  If I don't hear otherwise in a few
days I'll fix it up and do a new upload.

I was going to do the same :) I asked Chris about it and he said that he 
was intending to upload a new meta-kde when he had got kdenetwork and 
kdepim into sid.
