I have just pushed kdeconnect to unstable.

It is probably the first time I package a KF5-related thing, so please beware 
:) Yes, I tested it with my machine and seems to install and work.

I have used Ubuntu's packaging as a guide for the names of the new build 
dependencies, so a big "thank you!" for them :) You saved me quite a lot of 
research time :)

Yes, it looks that previous maintainer is not active since August [1].

Lisandro has wrote a week ago that he is going to update this package [2].
Probably this will happen quite soon.
