Well I was more thinking about a kde bug, there is a better chance to get
stuff fixed if you file them upstream.

Of course this is assuming it is an upstream issue.. :)

By the way, I did an apt-get source konqueror so I could build a konqueror deb
with debug symbols in it (my copy doesn't have debug symbols - I just get a
lot of no symbols found messages in the backtrace), and received the entire
kdebase source code. Does anyone know how to compile just Konqueror? I
don't feel like waiting for everything to compile, just to build one package.

There is one already: Bug#222662 at bugs.debian.org.

I think we should open a bug for this. Could someone do it and post a link to
it so we can comment on it?

I'm running 2.4.22-1-k7 and I get the same problem when dragging from one
Konqueror window to another.

Yep. It seems pretty unstable on 2.6 to me. For me it most often crashes if I
try to drag and copy a file from one konqueror window to another. I often
drag to a fish: io-slave window, and it happens there.

I am also using test9. No idea what the cause is or how to fix it.
