test to change in ~/.gnupg/pgp-agent.conf
pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-qt
for 
pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-gtk

I think that pinentry-qt with last kde-cvs is broken.

Em, no idea.

However, do you have a S/Mime key installed? Maybe it's just complaining about 
that. Most people probably do not need the gpgme-smime.so plugin.
