If there is an Internet subdirectory and you don't have any changes to entries within this submenu you want to keep, remove that directory. You might have to restart KDE to see the changes. Yeah my email account is getting around 200 150k messages/day, but at least I run my own email server so that space is not a problem (I've also got spamassassin running on the qmail backend).
