I asked other debian guys about it and the responses were disk space
or missing/currput tar/gzip...so it's somewhere in that realm...which
would include a bad dl

and other packages were ok like
Setting up libqt2-mt (2.3.0-final-1) ...

Setting up libqt2.2-gl (2.3.0-final-1) ...

Setting up libqutil1 (2.3.0-final-1) ...

may be something went wrong with the D/L or my dpkg has a problem

The experience is very good, the nasty konqueror url bar is gone and nothing 
has crashed so far. Much more stable than with the qt-beta, at least for me.
