I have openoffice.org and Ralf's 3.1 debs (my thanks also, Ralf) and 
have had no problems with them.

Stange behaviour after installing kde 3.1 (thanks Ralf) I had to reinstall 
open office for the regular user. 

Does it have something to do with kde 3.1 or is it because I changed my 
locales.
