Bug#1027810: linux-source: I'd love to have a step by step manual on how to create the debian/ files on a brand new kernel
Hello, ./debian/bin/genorig.py -V 6.2-rc2 https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git downloads the correct kernel version but then all the rest of README.source instructions try to build the older version ... why ? Bug#1027444: linux-signed-amd64: system crash after loading radeon module
found 1027444 5.10.149+2 thanks I checked the system with an old kernel and I found the same problem. I think the problem was sitting there ever since but only arose one week ago when some other package triggered it. Bye, Giuseppe
