Hi, service hal stop makes that the CD/DVD NEC drive now works fine. But with or without hal, LG drive does not appear in the list of drive of Nautilus. This issue is randomly from one session to another. Perhaps same issue that 620278. mount /dev/sr1 /media/cdrom Without hal, mount command line with LG drive only have the same bug than this : about one minute to work with numbered SCSI errors.
