Thanks, ip=off helped, there was also some error from nbd visible.
Uninstalling nbd-client fixed the problem completely. So I guess this is
a bug in nbd-client.

Yes, I know this. There is bug in linux-2.6 about this (#492676), still not 
fixed.
It is however possible to use systemtap with custom kernels. See
README.Debian for details.

Just checked this, systemtap works good even if only debug information
from vmlinux is present.
