Sure. I limited it to CAP_SYS_ADMIN now, which usually means root.

in the git commit message, which I understand is automatically parsed when
the commit gets merged in mainline.
Yes, I applied it to the .33.1 release. But it does not apply cleanly
to the .32 kernel. If you wish to see it there, please, can someone
provide me with a backported version?
