If I remember my discussions with Aurel correct, this is not possible.
(Otherwise, I agree that would be a good thing.)

Are these not similar enough to handle with just one flavour and maybe a
few code changes?

can you please add an kernel image for loongson 2e as well? The best
seems to be to clone the working 2f configuration, and set
CONFIG_LEMOTE_FULOONG2E instead of 2F. Rest should be identical (if
there are issues, I'll of course follow up).
