That should actually not be done. The Debian BTS has the version
tracking in place, so for 4.19.37-5 it is still marked as unfixed even
if the bug status is done trigered by this acceptance into
stretch-proposed-updates by the 4.9.184-1 version. A bug can be closed
in multiple versions with the Debian BTS version tracking.

Then once the sid and buster upload is done, the bug will be marked as
fixed automatically as well for those versions.
