I'm not sure I've done this quite right - git-import-dsc has imported
the 3.0 (quilt) packages with patches applied, which means they can't
then be unapplied using quilt (as there is no .pc directory).

I think I should import with the patches unapplied and then use gbp-pq
or quilt to apply them.  This will require rewriting the recent
revisions and you will need to rebase any work you've done on top of the
master branch of that repo.

I was mistaken about that - git-import-dsc does the right thing.
However, my last two commits added and applied patches, which is
obviously wrong.  I've now rewritten just those two.

I've now imported ethtool to:

ssh://git.debian.org/org/git.debian.org/git/kernel/ethtool.git
