Giulio Is there any way to be 100% sure? I am still waiting for a reply from upstream on this. As far as I know, the only way to be 100% sure is for it to be subject to a precedent-setting court ruling or legislation, but even that will only provide certainty for one jurisdiction - and it's generally expensive and unpredictable, so let's not go there.
