The list of source package that have binaries on i386 affected by this is:
augustus
bedtools
delly
dwgsim
fastqtl
hilive
nanopolish
qtltools
samtools
segemehl
smalt
cyvcf2
This results in the output below. Non of the affected sources have binaries on
i386, so these are false positives. I updated the subject of this bug to make
it clear what should be removed.
Please note that I restricted this to i386, because kfreebsd-i386 and hurd-386
will be removed from ftp-master soon anyway.
