Good job

Not sure why this was caught only on arm64, as amd64 turned out
to be affected as well when I ran rebuild tests. Anyway, this
is fixed by the newer python-bcbio-gff version 0.7.0, which has
the good taste of being compatible with biopython 1.80 as well.

I uploaded the new python-bcbio-gff, and once python-biopython
1.80+dfsg-6 migrates to testing (tomorrow or Friday if all goes
well), v1.81 can migrate to unstable and the version bump should
overall be a breeze.

Have a nice day, :)

Pseudo-excuses for experimental only caught an arm64 issue in
python-bcbio-gff. Migration to biopython 1.81 should be pretty
painless.

Hm, looks like I'd have to first get right the changes in
biopython 1.80 to allow python-reportlab migration. (:

In any case, thanks for the offer, build of 1.81 for amd64 and a
couple of other architectures concluded[1], and experimental
pseudo-excuses[2] are ready to run (and they already caught
#1040776[3]).

Thanks a lot. I'm currently busy with r-cran stuff but if you need
help on the BioPython migration just let me know.

Kind regards
 Andreas.
