Cool!  Thanks a lot.  That's really welcome.  I admit I'm a bit panicking
about the upcoming release and the number of packages not yet migrated to
testing.

I also wonder whether somebody could have a look at t-coffee (#917719).

Looks like icedtea-netx isn't migrating to testing anytime soon, so to
avoid the pending removal of biojava4-live from "testing" I switched to
another netx implementation and did more package cleanup work:
