POSIX replacement for bash's “export -n” ?

2010-07-11 Thread Charles Plessy
Hello everybody,

In one of the packages I maintain, building fails when the default shell is
/bin/dash because of an “export -n” command that was not found by checkbashisms
(probably because it was hidden in a Perl script).

I would like to send a patch Upstream, but have not found a drop-in replacement
for this command, apart from someghing ugly like:

BAR=$FOO ; unset FOO ; FOO=$BAR ; unset BAR

to replace ‘export -n FOO’.

Any idea ?

Have a nice day,

RFS: amavisd-milter (updated package)

2010-07-11 Thread Harald Jenny
Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the new version 1.5.0-2
of my package "amavisd-milter".

It builds these binary packages:
amavisd-milter - amavisd-new interface for milter-capable MTAs
amavisd-milter-dbg - amavisd-new interface for milter-capable MTAs - debugging
symbols

The package appears to be lintian clean.

The package can be found on mentors.debian.net:
- URL: http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/a/amavisd-milter
- Source repository: deb-src http://mentors.debian.net/debian unstable main
contrib non-free
- dget
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/a/amavisd-milter/amavisd-milter_1.5.0-2.dsc

I would be glad if someone uploaded this package for me.

Kind regards
 Harald Jenny

You removed the reverence to GFDL for documentation files from
Copyright. Is that correct? Please document!

debian-changes-0.4~r543-2 -- That patch does a very specific
thing. Please fill out the template in the patch header and rename it
appropriately

You've dropped the Python Application Packaging Team. That's not a
problem but you might also consider to work on that package as part of
the team.

Regards

Christoph
