I use the package on my own on a headless server. It connects to vbox via it's soap interface. The virtualbox instance itself does not need to run on the same server as this package is running on. So there is no direct dependency to the virtualbox package in debian. Because debian is often used on servers, I think this package is worth to be easily distributed to other users, too. Hi Bas, Ansgar Burchardt commented on 15 February 2012 on RFS 659991 that the build status page doesn't qualify as a useful URL for the package. Make CDBS and debhelper not build one binary package
Hi, Is there a way to make CDBS and its debhelper class not build a particular binary package? With debhelper alone, I'd just use the -N/--no-package option. I've tried adding that option to DH_OPTIONS, and I've tried overriding DEB_ALL_PACKAGES after the CDBS class include lines as follows (where binary-package is the package I don't want to build): DEB_ALL_PACKAGES := $(subst binary-package,,$(strip $(shell \ dh_listpackages 2/dev/null || dh_listpackages))) Both still resulted in binary-package being built. [RC bug fix] Sponsor requested for updated package
Hi all Some time ago it was filed a 'serious' bug against the package kstars-data- extra-tycho2 that I maintain. The seriousness of the bug was related to the possibility of copyright infringement. Bug number is #681654. I've cleared the doubt with a change to the Copyright file that now explicites the terms under which original data were obtained. The uploaded version resolves this RC bug (1.1r1-7) and also an updated italian translation (1.1r1-6). No other changes, so this should be quite straightforward. It builds those binary packages: kstars-data-extra-tycho2 - Tycho-2 star catalog for KStars To access further information about this package, please visit the following URL: http://mentors.debian.net/package/kstars-data-extra-tycho2 Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command: dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/k/kstars-data-extra- tycho2/kstars-data-extra-tycho2_1.1r1-7.dsc Regards Noel Torres er Envite signature.asc Description: This is a digitally signed message part.
