It doesn't work well with a dark GTK theme, especially the Settings part (I use darkcold-gtk-theme), but I guess it's a matter of requiring some extra QTish/Deepin-specific configuration, parts of which are probably not even uploaded. And, it's an upstream rather than packaging issue.
