Closing the RFS as I'm not able to get the help/sponsor to finish the job.

I helped Debian packaging for almost 10 years and never get paid for
doing so. Instead, I put in my own time and sacrifice my own holidays
to get a bigger block of time to work-on/learn-with Debian packaging.

And now someone told me to refer to paid service to get this packaging
done. IHMO, that's a bit too much -- Not offering help is
understandable, but telling me to go to paid service is like rubbing
salt into the wound.
