If the package in question uses debhelper, then it might be a good place to start. Best way of achieving multiple binary packages with different build params
Hello, I have a task of providing two binary packages out of a single source one, by doing one build with an extra flag. My main difficulty has been finding docs and examples of what would be the best approach to accomplish this. Can anyone provide me with examples of packages which are doing this in ways that you would consider appropriate? I would like to take a look at some good examples before I spend more time doing something that might be sub-optimal as I'm sure this can be accomplished in multiple ways. Regards, -- Samuel Henrique

Hi Adam and Muammar, thanks for your quick replies! Adam, thank you for looking over my changes and sponsoring the upload. One more thing: As I said in my original email, I have a Git repository set up for this package, but I don't have the necessary permissions to create a repository in the "Debian" group on Salsa, so could one of you (or somebody else) please create the repository and give me "Maintainer" access to it, so that I can push to it? https://salsa.debian.org/debian/pulseaudio-dlna Thank you! Bug#945588: Reworked for v0.5.5
I just reworked everything on top of upstream. I upstreamed a lot of stuff I did for 0.5.4-1, so the diff is very small (repo is still the same: https://salsa.debian.org/stephanlachnit-guest/lutris). I'm still searching for a sponsor, considering the lintian output and the changes compared to upstream the biggest concern is the Flaticon license. More on this topic on the debian-legal mailing list (sadly without any response): https://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2020/01/msg00020.html Stephan
