Please, review my last mail saying about blhc and test the command to
you understand the issue. Try to learn, not execute a command only.

Sorry about that, I just used to use DH_VERBOSE=1 to disable silent
rules for autotools. As I know, the problem is due to autotools silent
rules. To disable it, we can pass --disable-silent-rules during
configure or set V=1. Since V=1 is less verbose and shorter then
DH_VERBOSE=1, I change to use V=1 now.

As for blhc, I use it with the following command.

blhc --all libzhuyin_0.9.99.20140929-1_amd64.build

Why you did a lintian override to amd64 only?

The path contains multiarch tuple, so it only works on amd64. I tried to
build i386 package via pbuilder, and there is no tEH in library. So I
think it only happens in amd64.

If anyone know how to use wildcard in lintian-overrides, I can update
this override.

As usual, the package is in mentor [0], please help to review and
sponsor, thanks. The change is using V=1 instead of DH_VERBOSE=1 to
disable silent rules.

The binary and manpages are for tools to build binary data from

tools are useless because they don't need to modify dictionary at all.

Since only developer of libzhuyin needs these manpages and tools, I
don't include them into libzhuyin package.

 2. The installer is creating the directory

usr/include/libzhuyin-0.9.99.20140824. Please, solve this issue. Feel

Thank for reporting this. I added some perl script in d/rules to modify
configure.ac in dh_autoreconf so that the timestamp version is fixed to
timestamp version in upstream package. It is slightly more complex than
patch, but I don't need to update patch when upstream has new release.

The package is in mentor [0], please help to review and sponsor it,

Hi,

Since upstream has new version 0.9.99.20140718, I will pack this new
version, with the following fix.

 1. d/control:
  - What is '...' in long descriptions?

It means etc, and so on. I will change to use etc if ... causes
confused.

  - I didn't understand what is the '-data' package. What is this?
Can you improve the long description?

Okay I will do that.

 2. d/copyright:
  - I didn't find Peng Huang and BYVoid in upstream code. Can you
point me where you found them?
  - The upstream code haven't a cmake directory. What is this?

These are for 0.9.93, not 0.9.99.20140425. I forgot to remove them when
upgrading to new version, sorry.

  - The upstream code is GPL-2+, not GPL-2.

 3. d/docs: points to NEWS (empty) and README (useless to final user).
 Please, remove it.

 4. d/rules: remove these comments:

 # -*- makefile -*-

 # Uncomment this to turn on verbose mode.

Thanks for the review, I will update them.

To save space for debian servers.

The lilyterm-data contains architecture independent files like i18n.
Because they are architecture independent, putting them into
lilyterm-data can make it serves all architectures (12 IIRC) in debian.
If these files are in lilyterm, which is architecture dependent, debian
will have 12 copies of these data.

Thank for the review, just uploading a new one.

The third case (likely most common one) is when an arch:any package would
otherwise contain huge /usr/share. Which doesn't seem to be the case here
 either.

Actually this is the reason for lilyterm-data.

  W: zh-autoconvert: postinst-has-useless-call-to-ldconfig

The libs (xchat-autogb.so, xchat-autob5.so) which trigger these warnings
are private libs. According to [1], these might be caused by a bug in
Debhelper.

However, as their names suggested, these two libs are for xchat plugin.
Maybe you need to move these libs to properly location (ex:
/usr/lib/xchat/plugins) so that xchat can use them.
