disk full on m.d.o?

2004-06-23 Thread Lszl 'GCS' Bszrmnyi
Dear mentors,

 Since a while, I get the following after each uploat to mentors:
announcing to  [EMAIL PROTECTED]
2004-06-23 18:01:12 1BdC3c-00010t-L7 failed to write to main log:
length=134 result=-1 errno=28 (No space left on device)

As my partition is not full (but has much data on it), it may be related
to my system, but I think it's more likely that the hdd on mentors.d.o
is full.

Regards,
Laszlo/GCS

RFS: apt-src -- manage Debian source packages

2004-06-16 Thread Lszl 'GCS' Bszrmnyi
Dear Mentors,

 I am looking for a sponsor for an other package; this one was orphaned
as well, and I would like to continue it's maintainership. This is
mainly a bugfix release, no new functionality was added. Package
description:
* Package name: apt-src
  Version : 0.25.1
  Upstream Author : Joey Hess [EMAIL PROTECTED]
* URL : could not find any, sorry :(
* License : GPL v2
  Description : manage Debian source packages

apt-src is a command line interface for downloading, installing, upgrading,
and tracking Debian source packages. It makes source package management
feel a lot like using apt to manage binary packages, and is being used as
a testbed to work on adding source dependencies to Debian.
It can be run as a normal user, or as root. If you want a convenient way to
track updates to packages while preserving your local modifications, this is
a way to do that.

The package is available from:
deb http://mentors.debian.net/debian unstable main contrib non-free
deb-src http://mentors.debian.net/debian unstable main contrib non-free

Thanks in advance for any offers,
Laszlo/GCS

Hi Martin, Mentors,

* Martin Michlmayr [EMAIL PROTECTED] [2004-06-17 00:09:46 +0100]:

 When I orphaned this the other day, I thought we'd just remove the
 package in a bit.
 Well, a while back I was trying to find one like this, and could not.
Maybe I overlook them. So if there are others out there, I am fine with
it's removal.

 Is this package really useful? I know there are
 lots of other packages ou there which do the some task, and probably
 better, considering that this tool has not been maintained for ages
 and doesn't have an active upstream maintainer.
 I agree with your justification. I withdraw the RFS and will retitle
the bug back to O today. Please ask for it's removal from the pool.

Thanks,
Laszlo/GCS
