Hello The Wanderer,

Thanks for the bug numbers. I've done now:
* Install gdebi and gdebi-core (libpam-tmpdir already installed)
* Added BUILDERSATISFYDEPENDSCMD="/usr/lib/pbuilder/pbuilder-
satisfydepends-gdebi"
* And finally added as /var/cache/pbuilder/hooks/D10tmp:

#!/bin/bash
# Work around #725434
# example file to be used with --hookdir
#
#create $TMP and $TMPDIR

echo "***"
echo "* Use workaroud for bug #725434 and create*"
echo "*TMP=$TMP *"
echo "*TMPDIR=$TMPDIR   *"
echo "***"

[ -n "$TMP" -a ! -d "$TMP" ] && mkdir -p "$TMP" || true
[ -n "$TMPDIR" -a ! -d "$TMPDIR" ] && mkdir -p "$TMPDIR" || true

Now that issue is gone. TMP and TMPDIR is now set to /tmp/user/0

I checked /tmp and found out, that /tmp/user/0 and /tmp/user/1000 are
created successfully.

Now pbuilder stops at that point:

dh build --with python3 --with autoreconf
   dh_testdir
   dh_update_autotools_config
   dh_autoreconf
autoreconf: cannot create /tmp/user/0/ar9833.19830: Permission denied
 at /usr/bin/autoreconf line 691.
dh_autoreconf: autoreconf -f -i returned exit code 13

It looks like, that "ar9833.19830" is a temporary given directory name.

But why i have no permission to create that subdirectory?

Greetings
Sascha

Broken pbuilder process

2017-12-16 Thread Sascha Manns
Hello list,

currently i'm trying to use 'sudo pbuilder build foo.dsc' for checking
the package inside a chroot.

Sadly it breaks the build with that issue:

dpkg-deb: building package 'pbuilder-satisfydepends-dummy' in
'/tmp/satisfydepends-aptitude/pbuilder-satisfydepends-dummy.deb'.
dpkg-deb: error: failed to make temporary file (control member): No
such file or directory
E: pbuilder-satisfydepends failed.

Does anyone know why it breaks?

A full log is pasted there: https://paste.debian.net/1001000/

Greetings
Sascha

Re-Uploading to mentors.debian.net

2017-12-01 Thread Sascha Manns
Hello list,

i have uploaded a package some weeks ago to mentors.debian.net, which
was reviewed by a Sponsor. He mentioned some things to fix before
uploading to the official archive.

Now i have fixed these things, and built a new package version. Should
i delete the old package before uploading the new package version?

Greetings
Sascha

I tried out the following:
https://launchpad.net/@PACKAGE@/@ANY_VERSION@/@ANY_VERSION@/+download/@
PACKAGE@-@ANY_VERSION@@ARCHIVE_EXT@
for matching
https://launchpad.net/ignore-me/0.x/0.1.0/+download/ignore-me-0.1.0.tar
.xz

But i got:
sascha@sascha-desktop:/tmp/pbuilder/ignore-me/ignore-me-0.1.0$ uscan
uscan warn: In debian/watch,
  no matching hrefs for pattern
  https://launchpad.net/ignore-me/[-_]?(\d[\-+\.:\~\da-zA-Z]*) at

Do you know, what that means?

Hello list,

i have a tarball, who is placed on https://launchpad.net/ignore-me/0.x/
0.1.0/+download/ignore-me-0.1.0.tar.xz . It can got with wget.

0.x is the place for the series. It also can be 1.0, 1.1, 2.2 and so
on.

What would be the correct regex for matching this?

Greetings
