Please consider joining the Debian Python Team to maintain the packages.
You will have a much better experience asking the team for sponsorship.
sponsorship-requests is kind of the last ressort list.

Yes the salsa repository does not exist yet, could you please create a 
repository for it under the debian namespace?


It would be great if you could create the repository with the name 
"python-keep". I'll change the vcs link and do a reupload to mentors.
