Fixed in 8b01827.  I also thought it might be helpful to file a
wishlist bug against dh-make-elpa's create_docs on this topic, so
filed one.

Thank you for the reminder :-) Fixed in f2b952d.  For your convenience

a5b0ac4 looks good, except I think you should install the README, which
could be quite useful to users.

  file a bug requesting that we package that new upstream version.
