Bug#996617: RFS: rednotebook/2.22+ds-1 -- Modern desktop diary and personal journaling tool

2021-10-16 Thread Philip Wyett
Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: normal

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "rednotebook":

 * Package name: rednotebook
   Version : 2.22+ds-1
   Upstream Author : Jendrik Seipp
 * URL : https://rednotebook.app
 * License : LGPL-3+, CC0-1.0, PSF-2, GPL-3+, GPL-2+
 * Vcs : https://github.com/jendrikseipp/rednotebook
   Section : text

It builds those binary packages:

  rednotebook - Modern desktop diary and personal journaling tool

To access further information about this package, please visit the following
URL:

  https://mentors.debian.net/package/rednotebook/

Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

  dget -x
https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/r/rednotebook/rednotebook_2.22+ds-1.dsc

Changes since the last upload:

 rednotebook (2.22+ds-1) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * New upstream version 2.22.
   * Change maintainer to myself.

Regards

Phil

2.22+ds-1 is already in the archive, in experimental.

Just make it -2.

Alas, I see that the changelog entry for 2.22+ds-1 is missing.
Could you please re-add it?

Hi,

Ah indeed, I forget I did that upload mid bullseye freeze. Build bumped to -2.

Thanks for spotting this.

Oh it is early Sunday.

Get what is needed I believe. I have bumped to -2 on the version in
experimental.

Upload should appear shortly.

Hi,

Additional. I got an email regarding package hijacking/ITA being that I changed
maintainer to me. I
did the reintroduce to Debian and I at that time left upstream as maintainer as
I was helping
upstream to get back into Debian. This was a mistake that is being corrected
and I am now
correcting it, so no ITA should be required as no hijacking is taking place.
