libvirt is in Debian since 2007 (and is up-to-date). So I am not sure to
understand the point of repackaging it:

I package the libvirt as an exercise to form a library package before I 
package my library
I use the libvirt  tar and start from that source according to the 
manual/Ubuntu instructions
