I suspect that the lock directory should be

Bug#293677: but gtk ui works?

2005-02-15 Thread Rene Engelhard
tag 293677 + moreinfo
thanks

Hi,

Jaap Haitsma wrote:

And the Gtk UIfication works? Then it is *no* bug. The Gtk file picker is
disabled per default for various reasons. See the discussion in
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=284487&repeatmerged=no and
http://cvs.debian.org/oo-debian-files/doc/README.Debian.diff?r1=1.40&r2=1.41&cvsroot=debian-openoffice...
Just enable it ;)

Grüße/Regards,

René

Bug#294634: openoffice.org: Use icons for Openoffice.org in start menu

The icons overhere http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/ooo-build/desktop/

I already thought about that. Besides the fact that they are binary
files and we need to hack around it in our build system
(uu{en,de}coding) to get diffs (we currently just rm them in the clean
target) the problem is that oopadmin is *not*
included in those icons. So it would look a bit inconsistent ;)
.oO( Hmm. Maybe we can use the old icon for oopadmin and move it to
Applications;System? )
Good idea!!!
Maybe you can ask jimmac to also make a oopadmin icon??

Thanks a lot for the Red Hat bugzilla reference. If the problem described is
your problem too, you should find the next package version fixes this.

Bug#294634: openoffice.org: Use icons for Openoffice.org in start menu

2005-02-15 Thread Rene Engelhard
Hi,

I already thought about that. Besides the fact that they are binary
files and we need to hack around it in our build system
(uu{en,de}coding) to get diffs (we currently just rm them in the clean
target) the problem is that oopadmin is *not*
included in those icons. So it would look a bit inconsistent ;)

.oO( Hmm. Maybe we can use the old icon for oopadmin and move it to
Applications;System? )

And it first will only affect the GNOME/KDE menus, not the Debian menu
which has to use xpms (until we try to use the pngs converted to xpm).

Grüße/Regards,

René
